Per Seller, this pool route, maintenance and repair business has
been established for over four (4) decades. It is comprised of 210 Residential
Customer Accounts divided among five (5) routes that cover the Greater Las
Vegas Valley. In addition, the customer list includes many repair customers
with the revenue breakdown of approx. 60% pool service and approx. 40% repairs.
Recurring monthly billing is approximately $30,0000 per month. Approx. 65% of
the accounts have auto-cleaning equipment. The business is being sold for the
value of the accounts and four (4) vehicles included in the purchase price. In addition
to the purchase price, Buyer shall assume or payoff two additional vehicle
loans. This is ideal as a tuck-in to an existing pool route, maintenance and
repair company to acquire. An existing EIDL Loan in the amount of $107,000.00
may be assumable by Buyer, subject to SBA approval or seller will pay off the
loan at closing. Seller will provide training.
