Jeff Nyman has been a Business Broker since 1994. Jeff and his wife, Linda co-founded what is now First Choice Business Brokers, a national franchise in 2005. As a licensee since 1972, Jeff is the Corporate Broker of the Las Vegas office and owner of several of the affiliated California First Choice locations. Jeff co-wrote the Nevada State Business Broker Permit test for applicants for a Business Brokers State Permit and is a member of the Nevada Real Estate Commissioner's Advisory Committee as well as the founding President of the Nevada Business Broker Association.
Jeff has been involved in hundreds of closed business transactions and acquisitions. Jeff is an instructor for First Choice National Training (FCU) and has written many articles on the buying and selling of a business. Jeff has been involved in listing and selling CPA practices, dental labs, medical practice groups, manufacturing, large distribution companies and wholesale and retail establishments of every kind. Jeff’s almost 30 years’ knowledge and know-how as an experienced Business Broker dealing with all sizes of transactions large, medium and small is the right person to assist you.
Vic has eight (8) years’ experience selling and leasing commercial real estate in Southern California. He attended USC and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance.
After owning and operating a couple of businesses, Vic joined corporate America where he was in Executive General Management, Sales and Marketing. He worked in several industries including Printing & Office Supplies, Manufacturing and Sales of high speed & medium speed diesel engine parts, fuel injection, gasket and hydraulic kits. Most recently, Vic owned a successful auto repair business which he acquired and sold via First Choice Business Brokers.
With his experience as a Business Owner and Corporate Executive, he understands what it takes to operate a successful business.
Vic has a Nevada Real Estate Broker-Salesperson License and a Business Broker Permit.
Mike Richards is a seasoned business broker with many years of experience in the industry. Mike and his team have helped countless individuals and companies buy or sell businesses across the country.
Mike got his start in the business world at a young age, working his way up through the ranks in sales and business development, as well as commercial real estate. After gaining valuable experience in sales, marketing, and finance, he decided to branch out on his own and become a business broker.
Since then, Mike has developed a reputation as a trusted broker. His extensive knowledge of the regional markets and his ability to negotiate favorable deals for his clients have earned him a loyal customer base.
Mike understands that buying or selling a business is a major life decision, and he takes great care to ensure that his clients are comfortable and informed throughout the process. He prides himself on his ability to listen to his clients’ needs and goals, and to match them with the right business opportunities.
Nick has built, run, and sold several of his own businesses over the last 17 years. His industry experience covers service businesses, medical practices, law practices, and many others.
He enjoys being an intermediary by helping business owners avoid some of the simple, but sometimes costly mistakes that can be made by buying and selling private businesses.
Nick received a degree in economics from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with honors, and he earned his MBA in finance from Indiana University.
In his spare time, Nick enjoys playing Pickleball and spending time with his wife, Jill, and their four children.
In my 20s, I along with my 90+ year old grandmother ran a successful small business together in Los Angeles. It was hard work, but very rewarding, and my grandmother and I became very close.
Upon my grandmother's passing at the age of 97, it was her final wish that the business be sold. So I sought out a broker who could facilitate this request, and I was fortunate to come across someone who was smart, competent, kind hearted, available at all hours, and a great communicator.
The business was sold in a short time, and at a price that I know made my grandmother smile.
Now a broker myself, I seek to provide my clients with the same top-notch customer service that my broker once provided me. I have been a Business Broker since 1981. First in Los Angeles, CA where I worked for some of the largest Business Brokerage companies rising to management positions. Additionally, I was President of a boutique business brokerage I formed with two lawyer friends that was located in Beverly Hills, CA. I then moved to Las Vegas in 1994 where I continued my Business Broker career. I continue to assist Sellers and Buyers in the purchase and sale of businesses, whether they are looking to sell large multi-million-dollar businesses or a small mom and pop one. In my long career, I have represented many business sectors including Manufacturing, Service, Wholesale/Distribution, Medical Practices, Restaurants (including chains), Drycleaners, Laundromats, Franchises and the list goes on. Mike came to this firm in June of 2005. He brought 10 year’s previous experience as a licensed real estate agent, spent in California, primarily as a loan agent. His B.S. degree in Real Estate led to another 10 year’s experience in corporate finance and accounting working as a financial analyst, assistant controller and controller. Born in Kansas and a veteran of the U.S. Navy, Mike has held positions in several different industries including restaurant, auto repair, manufacturing, beverage bottling & distribution, sales and management. He refers to himself as “…a blue collar business broker, more than willing to do a good day’s work for a good day’s pay.”

I am a Marine Aviator and Vietnam Veteran. I worked as a Pilot for Eastern Airlines and after the airline bankruptcy, as a Corporate Pilot for Major Las Vegas Hotels and Casinos and VIP families.
I have remained an active Licensed Real Estate Agent Nevada and California since 1981 and hold a Business Brokerage Permit. My Business Brokerage career began in 1981 and I am a Charter Member of the Nevada Business Brokers Association.
