Background and Experience

Originally from sunny Southern California, Ryan grew up in Huntington Beach, where surf class was an alternative to traditional PE in high school. Always drawn to the outdoors, Ryan spent much time at the beach before earning a degree in Business Finance with an emphasis in real estate from California State University at Fullerton. Ryan has held a California real estate license since 2006, a Colorado salesperson license since 2017, and a broker’s license since 2021. In Nevada, Ryan holds both a broker’s salesperson license and a business broker permit as of 2025.

Real estate, business, and entrepreneurship have always been passions for Ryan. Helping others reach their goals, whether buying or selling a home or business, is deeply rewarding. Ryan enjoys guiding buyers and sellers through the complexities of transactions and the journey to a successful closing. Working with seasoned investors is another source of fulfillment; Ryan has formed two LLCs and personally flipped ten properties, and is well-versed in every aspect of property flipping—from hard money lenders and wholesalers to contractors, permitting, and ultimately selling for profit. Clients can always reach Ryan by text, email, or phone, and every interaction is guided by the Golden Rule: treat people as you wish to be treated.

Commercial Banking Career

Before entering real estate, Ryan built a successful career in commercial banking as a back office underwriter for a national bank. The role involved underwriting credit exposure for top-level bankers serving municipalities, including cities, counties, and school districts—mainly across the central northwestern states. It was not uncommon to lend upwards of $30 million to support infrastructure, utility districts, and the modernization of fire and school services.

Client Relationships and Philosophy

Ryan’s primary goal is to develop lasting relationships with clients, believing that the foundation of trust and connection ensures every other aspect falls into place. Whether seeing a first-time business buyer realize their dream of owning a small business or helping an investor scale their business through acquisitions. Ryan finds great satisfaction in supporting clients at every step. The excitement of purchasing a business is something Ryan happily shares, guiding clients as they achieve their own milestones.
